the gift is part of every single one. there's nothing to add at checkout and no box to tick. if you join earth, a plant is coming.
one question, four answers: shady corner, some light, bright windowsill or bathroom. that's all we need to choose well for you.
we send your plant a couple of weeks after switch-on, once you and earth have properly moved in together. it comes to a home that's staying.
care card in the box, written for people who have killed plants before. give it a year and, with a bit of luck and the occasional watering, it’ll be bigger. so will the number of things in your home that quietly just work.

four things worth saying plainly, so nobody is surprised.
not one per household. if you have two connections with us, you get two plants.
we do not hold a warehouse of plants and pick from a list. each one is ordered from our supplier once you join, chosen to suit the light you told us about.
and no plant is sent. that is the whole reason we wait about a fortnight before ordering it, rather than posting a living thing to a house that has changed its mind.
if you cancel after that and the plant is already with you, keep it. we are not going to ask for a plant back.

about a fortnight after your order is confirmed, which lines up with the end of your 14 day cooling off period. by then you’re settled in and you know where you want to put it. it comes with a care card written for people who have killed plants before.
yes, and that covers everything we send. the houseplants and the wildflower seed bombs both come from an established uk supplier, and every variety they send us is chosen as safe around pets and children. it is not an afterthought on the smaller gift.
